Utica NY 13 May 2005

I found this abandoned incinerator while hiking through bottomland forest/swamp along the Mohawk River in Utica NY. Based on past research and also some bottles I found, I would say that it is pre-Depression and operated up until World War II, as did most of the dump sites in the city prior to consolidation.
