Finally finished these pictures from last week. I was feeling lazy and didn't want to wake up early to go anywhere. So I headed out to this area around 2 or 3pm. I went up to the remains of an abandoned Seminary nearby and waited for a friend to arrive. We were planning to meet up at this mill around 3:30 or 4pm. Until recently it had active security guarding it. Why they wasted their money guarding this place I have no idea. We went here a couple months ago while the security guy paced around in the room upstairs but we decided to leave while we were ahead. But now that security was gone I wanted in. I went here back in 2007 but I took only hand held shots and used flash and they are pretty bad compared to what I do now so I have been wanting to return for some time. Then one day a cleanup crew arrived and it had active security for about 1.5 years so we never bothered with it. But now they had all gone and the time was ripe for going in. That was until on my way down I noticed a pickup truck parked in the back. I snuck along the river bank there to get a closer look. I saw no one around the pickup truck so it was a bit odd. Then for a while I waited around front and watched hoping the truck would leave. I saw a man and a small child come out from around the building which was very odd. Eventually my friend arrived and we decided to just go up there and see what was going on. So we walked around back and when we got near the truck we saw a man appear. We introduced ourselves and I tried to see if he was a scrapper and was there illegally himself. He said he was there legitimately and did I know I was trespassing. I said I had a pretty good idea I was. However it turned out he was cool and talked with us for about 15 minutes before giving us the OK to wander around the place as long as we promised not to die.
