now with central hudson power lines

I took a walk down memory lane (moreso my mother's memories than mine, as she grew up while this place was still working) to an old cement factory in Binnewater, NY. It's the home of Rosendale Cement, cement that has lasted centuries beneath the Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and the wings of the Capitol building to name a few. Recently some place over west (Portland, I think?) began using the "recipe" to reproduce Rosendale cement, but the founding lies in the area in which I spent most of my childhood.
First post, and my camera is a dolt. I also plan on returning here in the winter to get some pictures from inside the silos and of the quarry. Enjoy!
