Anyone been to Centralia?

I'm heading home to Pennsylvania in a few days, and I'd really like to take some time to explore Centralia, a town that has been almost completely abandoned (approx. 20 people still live there, according to Wikipedia) due to an underground mine fire that has been burning since 1962, and will continue to burn for another 250 years.

Very few homes remain standing in Centralia, most of the abandoned buildings have been demolished by humans or nature. At a casual glance the area now appears to be a field with many paved streets running through it. Some areas are being filled with new-growth forest. Most of Centralia's roads and sidewalks are overgrown with brush, although some areas appear to be mowed.[7] The remaining church in the borough which used to hold weekly Saturday night services remains silent in the bowels of Centralia, and the borough's four cemeteries are slowly crumbling due to the carbon monoxide of the long burning underground fire. Centralia's cemeteries now have a far greater population than the town, including one on the hilltop that has smoke rising around and out of it.,_Pennsylvania

Has anyone here been there? Any tips?
