This Bromance Is Killing Me

Burnt Out House (New Hampshire)

Hey! I haven't been on Livejournal in FOREVER, but I'm back to post these pictures! I'm quite excited about them, as this was the first time I was ever able to go into an abandoned property. Apologies for the quality of the pictures; I only had my Iphone with me, and was pressed for time and also super excited to be there, so I wasn't exactly thinking of being ~artistic~ or anything like that, haha. Regardless, I still hope you enjoy these pictures!

The building was built sometime around 1915, and was destroyed in December, 2013 when a fire broke out in the attic of the house; it is believed that the fire was caused by a wood stove. No one died in the fire, but the atmosphere was still quite eerie; you could still smell smoke in the air.

Not only was the house old, a lot of the stuff inside of it seemed old as well. The coolest 'finds' in the house were a shelf full of fully-intact books and a rack of suits hanging up in the bedroom (which I unfortunately did not get a picture of).
